Antolik Earns Second PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Week Award In Three Weeks

Pa. – Sophomore Kali Antolik (Johnstown/Westmont
Hilltop) earned her second PSAC Eastern Division player of the week award this
season after totaling a team-high 59 kills last week and guiding Shippensburg
to a 4-1 record. It is the fourth consecutive week that the PSAC has
selected a Lady Raider as a player of the week in the Eastern Division.
Antolik averaged 3.47 kills per game while hitting .484 for the week.
She also had a team-high 13 blocks in addition to three service aces
and two digs. Antolik was one of just two players to play in all 17
games for the Lady Raiders.
She totaled at least 10 kills in all five matches, led by a high of
13 in wins against Alderson-Broaddus and West Virginia State. Antolik
hit at least .300 in four of the team's five matches while posting
a .296 hitting percentage against West Virginia State. She also had
five blocks versus West Virginia State and four against Alderson-Broaddus.
Shippensburg is 16-4 in tournament play this season after going 3-1
at the Wheeling Jesuit Tournament this weekend. The Lady Raiders are
also 5-0 in PSAC Eastern Division play heading into Tuesday's night's
match at home versus Millersville. They are also just two wins away
from tying a school record for wins in a season
