Monday's Women's Tennis Match at Wilson Cancelled

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - Due to the rainy and windy weather, the Shippensburg women's tennis team's match at local Division III Wilson College has been cancelled with no make-up date scheduled.

The Lady Raiders (1-13, 0-4 PSAC West) dropped three matches last week, including two PSAC Western Division road contests at Slippery Rock on Wednesday night and at Clarion on Friday before suffering a 6-3 loss at home against PSAC Eastern Division rival Kutztown on Saturday.

Shippensburg will conclude its 2006-07 season at home on Saturday with a match against NCAA Division II-provisional member Seton Hill at Robb Sports Complex beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Griffins are the newest member of the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) and will be Division II eligible for the 2007-08 academic year.
