Lady Raider Softball to Host Fall Tournament at Robb Field This Weekend

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - The Shippensburg softball team, winners of three of the last four PSAC championships, will host a Fall Tournament at Robb Field on Saturday and Sunday, featuring the Lady Raiders, Dickinson, James Madison and Indiana (Pa.).

Action begins on Saturday with a doubleheader between Shippensburg and Division III Dickinson from nearby Carlisle at 11:00 a.m. On Sunday, the Lady Raiders will face James Madison at 11:00 a.m., before facing PSAC Western Division rival IUP at 1:00 p.m. Shippensburg and James Madison will then meet again at 5:00 p.m.

Following the game on Saturday, the softball team will be holding a cookout over in the picnic pavilion located across campus adjacent to the intramural softball fields and behind the roller hockey rink. Family and friends are invited.
