SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - Shippensburg men's track and field sophomore Mark Anderson (Nanty Glo, Pa./Central Cambria) was named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Track and Field Field Athlete of the Week on Monday after winning three events on Saturday at the PSAC West Challenge hosted by California (Pa.).

As a team, Shippensburg posted its third first-place finish of the
year behind six individual first-place finishes and 25 individual
top-five finishes in
their respective events. The Red Raiders finished with a total of 230 points,
68.5 points ahead of second-place Slippery Rock University.
The men's and women's track and field teams travel to Bucknell University
on Friday for the Bison Outdoor Classic.
