SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Just three days after being named the PSAC men's track and field athlete of the week, senior Nate Reider (York/Dallastown) earned two first-place finishes in throwing events Friday at the Susquehanna Open to highlight yet another exceptional all-around performance by the Shippensburg men's indoor track and field squad. The event was held inside Susquehanna University's Garrett Sports Complex, and no team scores were kept.

Shippensburg's throwing dominance took center stage once again Friday night, as the Red Raiders took the top three spots in the shot put and the top two in the weight throw. Reider won both events, finishing with a toss of 14.79 meters in the shot put and a throw of 17.75 meters in the weight throw that set a new Garrett Sports Complex record.

Several freshmen contributed to Shippensburg's strong showing in Susquehanna.
