Jamal James Finshes Ninth in Long Jump at NCAA Division II Indoor Championships
Shippensburg University men's track and field senior Jamal James finished ninth in the long jump at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships with a mark of 22' 3 1/2", just missing All-America status which is given to the top eight finishers. Despite battling plantar fascia in his plant foot, he missed eighth-place by just 1 3/4". (more)
