Baseball's Doubleheader at Indiana (Pa.) Postponed Because of Snow

SHIPPENBURG, Pa. - The Shippensburg University baseball team's Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division doubleheader scheduled for Mon. at Indiana (Pa.) has been postponed because of snow. The games have been rescheduled for Tue., April 10.

The contingency plan in case the IUP games were postponed was for Shippensburg to host a doubleheader against Columbia Union. However, that game has also been postponed. The games have not been rescheduled at the present time.

The Red Raiders are currenty 14-12 overall, 4-2 in the PSAC Western Division and are winners of 11 of their last 13 games.

Following the doubleheader at IUP on Tue., Ship returns to Fairchild Field for a North Atlantic Region showdown against Kutztown, which is ranked first in the region and No. 4 in Division II according to Collegiate Baseball Newspaper poll.
